Seaweed is rich in iodine, but also in important minerals such as sodium and potassium. Seaweed meal (in the right amount) naturally ensures an optimal iodine supply in raw meat-based diets.

Futtermedicus Seaweed Meal is a purely natural product made from brown algae (Ascophyllum nodosum). Medium-finely ground into a powder, it's free from additives and highly odorous and flavorful for dogs and cats. Suitable as a food supplement for raw feeding.

Seaweed is essential in the diet of dogs and cats, especially because of its high iodine content. Iodine is an essential nutrient for your four-legged friends. This trace element is a key component of thyroid hormones, which regulate important metabolic functions in the body.
