Want to send fresh meat by mail? Yes, that's possible! Because it's important to us that the goods you order arrive in the best possible condition. That's why we offer various packaging options.

Whether to your home address or another delivery address, you decide where your package should be sent. If you are unable to accept the package in person, the courier can leave it at your front door or by your mailbox. Please allow for potential absences due to holidays or delays. It would be a shame if your beloved pet had to miss out on their meals.

To ensure that no package is left behind during delivery, we ship your order from Monday to Thursday.

Standard shipping

We ship your orders in an insulated bag inside a double-walled cardboard box. The ordered products are placed in the bag and supplemented with additional ice packs as needed. The cold compression ensures that the fresh meat products remain fresh for well over 24 hours without any problems.

The delivery note, invoice, and all necessary additional information are placed in a document pouch inside the package. The package is sealed and sent to your specified delivery address.

Iso-Box

Upon request, we will ship your order in an insulated box (cooler box) . Your products will remain frozen solid for well over 24 hours in this box. We recommend this option for shipping frozen meat products or to addresses with difficult access. With this option, you will also receive the delivery note, invoice, and any additional documents in a sealed envelope.

Return of the Iso-Box

For the sake of the environment, we ship your order in a reusable box. If you select the "Insulated Box" shipping option, we will send you the return label along with your order. You have 30 days to return the box to us.

For cooler boxes that arrive more than 30 days after the delivery date, we will charge you the full cost of CHF 75.00 .

Collection in store

Would you like to pick up your order in person at the store? Generally, you have the option of picking up your order during opening hours. Simply select "Pick up" at checkout and there will be no shipping costs. We also recommend this option for online purchases. We will inform you as soon as your order is ready for pickup . Of course, we will also notify you if an ordered product is unavailable.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs per order consist of postage and packaging and amount to:

Standard shipping CHF 13.60
Shipping in a cooler box CHF 35.00

For orders over CHF 250, we offer free standard shipping, excluding shipping in a cooler box.

Please note that each package must not exceed 25 kg, including packaging. Therefore, your order may be split into multiple packages.
