Packaging and Shipping

Shipping fresh meat by mail? Yes, it’s possible!Because it is important to us that the goods you order arrive in the best possible quality, we offer various packaging options

Whether to your private address or an alternative delivery address, you decide where your package should be sent. Are you unable to receive the package in person? The courier can leave the package at your front door or by the mailbox. Please plan for any holiday absences or delays. It would be a shame if your four-legged friend had to go without their meals.

To ensure no package is left behind during delivery, we ship your orders from Monday – Thursday

Standard Shipping

We ship your orders in an insulated bag with a double-walled outer carton. The ordered products are placed in the bag and supplemented with additional ice packs as needed. By concentrating the cold, the fresh meat products remain perfectly stable for well over 24 hours.

The delivery note, invoice, and all necessary additional information are placed in the package in a document pouch. The package is sealed and sent to your requested delivery address.

Insulated Box

Upon request, we can ship your order in an insulated box (cooler box). In this box, your products will remain deep-frozen for well over 24 hours. We recommend this option when shipping frozen meat products or to remote addresses. With this option, you will also receive the delivery note, invoice, and any additional documents in a sealed envelope.

Returning the Insulated Box

For the sake of the environment, we ship your order in a reusable box. If you choose the insulated box shipping option, we will include a return label. You have 30 days to send the box back to us.

For cooler boxes that arrive at our facility more than 30 days after the delivery date, we will charge you the full cost of CHF 75.00.

In-store pickup

Would you like to pick up your order in person at the store? In principle, you have the option to pick up your order during business hours. Select pickup at checkout and no shipping costs will be incurred. We recommend this option even for online promotions. We will inform you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Should an ordered product not be available, we will of course notify you.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs per order consist of postage and packaging and amount to the following per order:

Standard shipping CHF 13.60
Shipping in a cooling box CHF 35.00

For orders with a value of CHF 250.- or more, we will waive the costs for standard shipping, excluding shipping in a cooling box.

Please note that 1 package may weigh a maximum of 25 kg including packaging. Therefore, your order may be split into several packages.
