Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription without giving a reason. To ensure your delivery arrives on time, please inform us of any changes at least 5 business days before shipment . Send us an email to info@goldenway.ch with your request, and we will implement the changes immediately.
Until when can I change my subscription before the next delivery?
You can inform us of any changes to your subscription at any time, but no later than 5 working days before your delivery is shipped, by email.
What if the delivery day falls on a holiday or weekend?
For public holidays, we automatically adjust the shipping date for you. To guarantee product quality and avoid shipping errors, you will receive your order after the holidays. Please note that we can only take public holidays in the Canton of Zurich into account.
What payment methods are available for my subscription?
For accounting reasons, only payment by invoice is possible for our subscription.
Can I have my subscription delivery redirected to my holiday address?
Of course! You can specify a different delivery address for your subscription. If you're on vacation and would like delivery to your vacation address, you can naturally select just one different delivery address.
Can I pause or suspend my subscription?
Yes, of course. You can cancel your entire subscription and activate a new one if needed. You can also pause individual appointments. Naturally, all other appointments will remain in place.
If something is out of stock, will the product be sent to me?
Once you subscribe to our service, we will include your products in our raw material orders. This means you will receive your order even if the products are temporarily out of stock in our online shop. However, due to the fresh processing of our raw materials, there may be rare exceptions where we do not have the items you requested in stock. In such cases, please allow us to send you the product free of charge.
