For dogs

For dogs, we recommend 1 teaspoon (4 ml) per 10 kg of body weight per day, mixed into their food. So, if your dog weighs 20 kg, they'll benefit from 2 teaspoons of oil per day.

For cats

For cats, just ½ teaspoon (2 ml) per day is sufficient. Here, too, simply add it to the food.

The amounts are guidelines only. Actual needs depend on age, breed, and activity level. Please always provide your pet with plenty of drinking water.
